REWARD
OFFER PERIOD, ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
The reward offer period starts May 21, 2002 and is on a continuing basis dependant on the date
stamp on each PaintBuck. Each PaintBuck is good for 12 months from
the date issued as displayed by the date stamp. To earn PaintBux,
you must purchase from these eligible products: Big Ball, RPS /
PMI Premium, Marballizer, All Star, El Tigre, Slam Balls, Lightning,
Flash; Diablo / Draxxus Midnight, Blaze, Inferno; 32 Degrees Team Colors,
Competitive Advantage; paintball seconds and from a participating
dealer. Other balls as available as divided into one of
three grades. Other products may be featured to receive PaintBucks
when purchases as advertised. PaintBux are earned on internet and
mailorder purchases only. Offer not good for Local Pro Shop
purchases.

This reward may not be combined with any other offers, unless specified
otherwise.
ELIGIBLE
PARTICIPANTS
Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product(s) may participate.
This reward is not valid for products purchased through wholesale
methods.
WHAT
IS THE REWARD
You may redeem 5, 9 or any multiple of 5 or 9 PaintBux at a
time. When you redeem 5 PaintBux, you are eligible for 1000
(half case) paintballs of similar grade to those previously
purchased. When you redeem 9 PaintBux, you are eligible for
2000 (full case) paintballs of similar grade to those previously
purchased. If you have PaintBux from mixed grades of paintballs, we will average
the grade of paintballs to determine the grade you are eligible for.

TO
PARTICIPATE
In order to participate please call us at 800.536.1104 so that we may
help you with your reward request. The request form on the
back of one PaintBuck must be fully completed. If you purchased
different grades of paintballs, an average will be taken to determine
which grade you may be rewarded. We will update you on available
colors and grades during your call. All rewards will be limited to
paintballs on hand. Each reward will be sent with shipping paid by
the redeemer. Shipping charges are $6 per 1000 paintballs. To complete the reward redemption, mail your
completed request form, PaintBux, and payment for shipping to: C.O
Paintball Reward Offer, P.O. Box 14865, Columbus, OH
43214-0865. After the receipt of your request, your reward
will be shipped within 48 hours. Allow for normal ground
shipping times.
RESTRICTIONS
This offer does not limit the number of qualifying items
purchased. The rebate is not available for product purchases made
for wholesale or at wholesale level pricing. Each PaintBuck must
have a complete date stamp and invoice number to be valid. Promotion is
void where prohibited or restricted by law. Redemption of
complimentary PaintBux are limited to one per redemption; so, if you are
redeeming 5 PaintBux, 4 of them must be earned and if you are redeeming
9 PaintBux, 8 of them must be earned. Only 1 complimentary
PaintBuck per household may be redeemed for the duration of the reward
program.

Any products may not be returned for
refund once this reward form has been submitted. Keep copies of
all materials sent. Materials received become the property of Central
Ohio Paintball, Inc. and will not be returned. Central Ohio
Paintball, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected
mail. Central Ohio Paintball, Inc. reserves the right to modify or
withdraw this promotion at any time. It is illegal to submit
multiple reward requests for the same product purchased or alter the
PaintBuck in any way. We reserve the right to make modifications
to this ongoing program at any time. Not valid on prior purchases.
